Our presents an 10-week Exercise & Lifestyle Program is designed to assist you in effectively managing diabetes and enhancing your overall well-being. This program incorporates moderate-intensity aerobic, strength, and balance exercises, along with informative sessions on promoting healthier lifestyles.
Scheduled Program Days and Times: Mondays & Wednesdays at 10 am
Highlights of the Beat It program include:
> Initial evaluation of health and fitness
> 16 group sessions (twice weekly)
> Customized exercise regimen tailored to your capabilities
> Educational sessions covering various aspects of diabetes management
> Monitoring and tracking progress
